On handover to the retailer our on-site team make sure each unit is prepared and complies with the specifications in the lease. Tenant fit out plans are approved, we supervise tenant’s works and manage delivery of tenant’s contractor insurance and on completion, delivery of as-built documentation and ensure compliance with all safety regulations of the building.
Balmain Group also assist in building permit procedures, occupancy permits, tenant relocations, change of use procedures and signage management. When we are active within any unit we ensure that all installations are as environmentally efficient as possible, including those that the occupier is responsible for.
