Tristan Portfolio
Takeover of 4 properties from June 2017. Successful management of relations with co-owner (Carrefour). Timely and on-budget delivery of high value repair works necessary due to age of buildings.
Malta Poznań
Sale of Galeria Malta Shopping Centre in Poznan (54 000 GLA) to an International Financial Fund – the largest single shopping centre transaction in retail originated and completed in 2021.
Galardia Starachowice
Launch and opening of dominant new shopping centre in October 2014. Starting property management instruction 3 months prior to the opening. Continuous growth of footfall and sales.
CH Borek
Repositioning and leasing strategy and delivery. 98% leased.
Galardia Starachowice
Development design and layout advice. Leased to 98% on opening. Continuous growth of footfall and sales since the opening in 2014.
CH Ferio Konin
Extension and leasing strategy produced an increase in footfall of 56% between purchase and sale. 100% leased on relaunch.

Repositioning, modelling and leasing strategy. 95% leased. Subsequent growth in footfall and sale in the most retail saturated city in Poland.

Design and remodelling advice to reinvigorate the centre with a redesign and leasing strategy. 98% leased at relaunch.
Jantar Słupsk
25 leasing deals done in 18 months leading up to the sale of the centre including 6 units which had never previously been let.
Rebranding
Alfa Gdańsk and Alfa Olsztyn with new corporate identity. Design and remodelling advice to reinvigorate the centres with a redesign and leasing strategy.
Strategies
Implementing new entertainment strategies based on the success fee formula; in 2021 ticket sales reached 60,000, generating a revenue of approximately EUR 100k.
Openings
Successful launch of Galardia Shopping Centre in Starachowice (pop. 55,000) with 65,000 customers visiting in the first week alone.
Loyalty programmes
Launching of Loyalty program in Alfa Gdańsk, Arena Gliwice, Nowy Rynek Jelenia Góra, Galardia Starachowice, Borek Wrocław, Turzyn Szczecin with almost 4 k participants and 500 k turnover, after 2 months trial period.
Lotteries
Organisation of lottery for 5 shopping malls with over 2,5 million PLN customers spent, 36% of FF growth, 15 thousand registered receipts, 53% customers’ subscriptions to Marketing Newsletter (average on the market 10%).
New implementations
Introducing tourist voucher payments in Europa Centralna in Silesia (over 3 k vouchers redeemed, 150 K PLN turnover increase).
